Open Call for Artists
A committee of professionals
reviews submissions 3 times a year. The next
deadline is April 26, 2010. Artists interested in being considered for
exhibition in the Lubeznik Center galleries will need to provide
the following:
A CD containing:
20 images in jpeg format at least 72 dpi sized to 1920 x 1920 pixels. Images should be oriented with the top of the work appearing at the top of the screen. Please no application files such as Power Point, Picasa, digital slide shows etc.
- Resume, including exhibition history
- Artist statement
- Image title list with dimensions, materials used and date work completed.
- Resume, Artist statement, Image title list should all be SAVED to the CD with your images.
- Materials without appropriate packaging and postage will NOT be returned.

Through the Woods, Around the Block
Submission deadline: September 30, 2011
Exhibiting turners will be showing artwork consist of two elements: a 6” x 6” x 3” block of wood that has been cut to size, but not worked in any other way; and a turning created from a similar 6” x 6”x3” block of the same wood. Elements will be displayed stacked–block and bowl. All wood should be from non-endangered wood, indigenous to the artist’s region.
