Things That Fly

Summer Camp Youth

Look up in the sky! It’s a bird, it’s a plane—it’s all things that fly! Use a wide variety of media to make your own rockets, planes and spaceships, along with studying our feathered friends.

Lubeznik Center for the Arts youth summer camps return for 2021. These themed 4-hour camps give children the ability to meet new friends and express their inner creative. Each engaging week is capped off with a Family Celebration, where the campers’ artwork is displayed for family and friends to see.

All camps are for youth ages 8 – 13. Additional forms will be emailed and are required after registration. Campers will need to bring a nut-free lunch and dress for mess.

Ocean Deep

Summer Camp Youth

Our oceans are full of mystery and wonder. Create your own glowing bioluminescent creatures, giant jellyfish and design your own submarines. Also, collaborate with fellow campers to create a coral reef installation!

Student Learning Tours

We provide access to exceptional exhibitions and programs that explore and inspire contemporary thought. Our tours bring a diverse group of nearly 2,000 students annually to LCA for educational tours and onsite artmaking. Bring your students to Lubeznik Center for the Arts (LCA) for an inspirational tour of our exhibits featuring internationally known and emerging artists creating unique and exciting work.

During this untraditional school year when we cannot welcome students into our galleries, we have developed a free virtual program to bring the art to your students! Educators can choose from a series of video field trips tailored to use in-person or virtually. View the trailer below for more information, and contact education@lubeznikcenter.org to access the program.
